    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1/4t. garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (10 3/4oz) can tomato soup
    • 1 can beef broth
    • 1c. water
    • 2T. chili powder
    • 3 med. potatoes, cut into cubes
    • 1 can (about 16oz) whole kernel corn, drained
    • shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Drain.
    2. Add soup, broth, water, chili powder and potatoes.
    3. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until tender.
    4. Add corn and heat through. Top with cheese.
    5. Serves:6
