List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 2c. beef stock
  
• 1can condensed tomato soup
  
• 1t. salt
  
• 1 can water
  
• 1T. olive oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine soup, water, beef stock, and salt. Allow to boil gently.
   
2. Heat olive oil and brown the beef, which has been shaped into small meatballs.
   
3. Drain and add to soup. Boil for 1 hour.
   
4. Makes: 4 servings
