List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
- 1 can (14 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans in chili sauce undrained
- 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 c. water
- coarsely chopped tortilla chips
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion and drain. Stir in soup, corn, beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and water.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer about 45 mins.
- Serve with chips and cheese.
