    • 1T. ground bay leaves
    • 2 1/2t. celery salt
    • 1 1/2t. dry mustard
    • 1 1/2t. black pepper
    • 3/4t. ground nutmeg
    • 1/2t. ground cloves
    • 1/2t. ground ginger
    • 1/2t. paprika
    • 1/2t. red pepper
    • 1/4t. ground mace (optional)
    • 1/4t. ground cardamon (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container.
    2. Use with seafood or chicken.
