    Emeril Lagasse's Rustic Rub Spice Blend

    8 T paprika
    3 T cayenne
    5 T fresh ground pepper
    6 T garlic powder
    3 T onion powder
    6 T salt (can be adjusted to taste)
    2 1/2 T dried oregano
    2 1/2 T dried thyme


    Can be doubled or tripled
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an air tight container for up to three months.
