- 1c. vinegar
- 1c. water
- 1T. salt
- 1T. pepper
- 1/4c. butter
Instructions
- You may want to baste the birds while cooking. I baste them once or twice during the process, then finish off with a honey/butter glaze.
- Mix 3 parts butter with 1 part honey and coat birds thoroughly during the last few minutes of the crisping phase.
- Yield: 1 serving
