    • 1c. vinegar
    • 1c. water
    • 1T. salt
    • 1T. pepper
    • 1/4c. butter


    Instructions


    1. You may want to baste the birds while cooking. I baste them once or twice during the process, then finish off with a honey/butter glaze.
    2. Mix 3 parts butter with 1 part honey and coat birds thoroughly during the last few minutes of the crisping phase.
    3. Yield: 1 serving
