Kentucky Bourbon Spread

8 oz Cream cheese
4 oz Bleu cheese
5 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic -- minced
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Dash Hot pepper sauce
1 Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp Kentucky bourbon
Soften cheese and butter. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring in enough bourbon to make a spreadable paste.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Serve with crackers. Add more bourbon if spread appears too stiff.
Yield: 2 Cups
