    • 3C. SLICED CARROTS
    • 1/4C. COOKED, CRUMBLED BACON
    • 3T. BUTTER
    • 1T. FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 2T. SLICED GREEN ONIONS
    • 1/4t. SALT
    • PINCH OF PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. IN SAUCEPAN PLACE CARROTS AND ENOUGH WATER TO COVER.
    2. BRING TO A FULL BOIL.
    3. COOK OVER MED. HEAT UNTIL CARROTS ARE CRISPLY TENDER. 8-10 MINS.
    4. DRAIN, RETURN TO PAN.
    5. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COVER AND COOK OVER MED. HEAT STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
