    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb. carrots, sliced
    • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/3c. butter
    • 2t. sugar
    • 1c. cornflake crumbs


    Instructions


    1. Clean and slice carrots. Place in saucepan with enough water to cover.
    2. Cook on medium heat until carrots are tender. Drain and place in a casserole dish.
    3. In a separate saucepan heat together butter, cheese, sugar, salt, pepper.
    4. Pour over carrots. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes or until well heated and bubbly.
