• 1C. CORN MEAL
  
• SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  
• BACON DRIPPINGS
  






Instructions



1. CUT TOMATOES INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES, SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
   
2. DREDGE IN CORN MEAL. HEAT BACON DRIPPINGS IN SKILLET.
   
3. ADD TOMATOES AND FRY SLOWLY UNTIL BROWNED, TURNING ONCE.
