    • 10-12 SMALL CARROTS, WASHED AND TRIMMED
    • 2T. BUTTER
    • 1t. BROWN SUGAR
    • 2T. HONEY
    • DASH OF PARSLEY


    Instructions


    1. COOK CARROTS 10 MINS IN SMALL AMOUNT OF BOILING SALTED WATER.
    2. WHEN TENDER, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE.
    3. MELT BUTTER IN PAN.
    4. ADD SUGAR AND HONEY. BLEND.
    5. ADD CARROTS.
    6. COOK 3-4 MINS. ON LOW HEAT.
    7. STIRRING SO EACH CARROT IS GLAZED.

    8. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY
