    • 7 SLICES OF BACON
    • 2-9OZ PKG. FROZEN GREEN BEANS
    • 6 MED. CARROTS, CUT 3/4 INCH LONG STICKS
    • 2T. BUTTER
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
    • 1/2t. PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP.
    2. DRAIN ALL BUT 2T. BACON DRIPPINGS
    3. ADD BEANS, CARROTS, BUTTER, AND GARLIC.
    4. STIR FRY OVER MED. HEAT. ABOUT 5 MINS.
    5. CRUMBLE BACON. STIR PEPPER INTO VEG. MIXTURE.
    6. REMOVE FROM HEAT . TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL.
    7. TOP WITH CRUMBLED BACON.
