    Spiced Up Carrot Sticks

    • 5 large carrots, julienned
    • 2T. butter
    • 1T. sugar
    • 1t. salt
    • 1/4t. ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Place carrots in a pan and cover with water.
    2. Cook until tender. Drain. Combine butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
    3. Pour over the carrots and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
