    2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
    1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    4 Tbsp. (60mL) Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup (80mL) chopped green onion

    Recipe




    1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil.

    2. Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes and drain.

    3. In a large skillet, add oil and heat to medium high.

    4. Add peppers and cook, stirring until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.

    5. Add cauliflower, Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic, cherry tomatoes and green onion.

    6. Cook for 2 more minutes or until vegetables are heated through.

    7. Place in a heated bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    8. Serve hot.

    Serves: 8
