- one raccoon
- salt and pepper
- onion
- garlic cloves
- carrots
- potatoes
- tomato juice
- you can put in your favorite leaf spice
Instructions
- Clean raccoon, remove all fat, cut up. Place in large pot with water to cover, add salt.
- Bring to a boil and simmer until tender. Remove meat from pot and put in cooking dish.
- Add onion, carrots, potatoes( cut up) salt, pepper to taste.
- Pour tomato juice over top of everything. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until veggies are done.
- Serves:3-4
