    List of Ingredients


    • venison , about 2 inches thick
    • 4t. bacon fat
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 1T. celery, chopped
    • 1/2c. flour
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1T. chopped onion
    • 2c. boiling water


    Instructions


    1. Pound flour into venison. Melt fat and brown roast.
    2. Add all seasonings and 1/2 of the water. Cover and let simmer for 55 mins.
    3. Pour in rest of water and simmer until done.
