    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. cubed venison, cut into 1 1/2inch wide strips
    • 1 dozen 5 inch wooden skewers
    • Marinade:
    • 1/4c. teriyaki marinade or rib sauce
    • 1/4c. soy sauce
    • 1/4c. honey
    • 1/4c. water
    • 3T. cooking sherry
    • 1/2t. minced garlic
    • 1/4t. ground ginger
    • 1/2t. cayenne pepper
    • 1/2t. dry mustard
    • Honey Glaze:
    • 1/4c. honey
    • 1/2t. dry mustard
    • Make glaze by stirring together.


    Instructions


    1. Cut strips about 4 inches long and place in sealable bag. Mix marinade, soy sauce, honey, water, sherry, garlic, ginger, cayenne and mustard together.
    2. Pour over meat. Seal and shake well. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
    3. Remove meat and thread on skewers. Grill for 1-2 minutes each side, basting often.
    4. Turn and cook 1 more minute. Remove from grill and brush with honey glaze.
