    1 package fudge striped cookies
    1 package chocolate kisses
    1 cup frosting (except brown)

    Recipe



    Turn cookies over and unwrap kisses.
    Put frosting in piping bag with tiny plain tip.
    Squeeze circle of frosting around ring of cookine and place kiss on top.
    pipe frosting around bottom of kiss.
