    List of Ingredients




    1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 small onion (chopped fine)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp chili powder
    taste of garlic powder
    1 14 oz whole canned tomatoes (chopped
    1 8 oz tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp oregano
    2-3 Tbsp ketchup

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion until it looses color.
    Pour off grease.
    Add all other indeergients.
    Simmer for 30-45 minutes.
