    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 C. onion (chopped)
    1/4 C. green bell pepper (chopped)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 C. water
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Dash hot sauce (or to taste)
    6 frankfurters {SB legal}
    6 frankfurter buns{SB legal} (warmed}

    Recipe

    In a medium skillet, brown the meat over medium-high heat. Drain and discard grease. Add the onion and green pepper, sauté; until transparent. Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder, paprika, salt and hot sauce, simmer for 15 minutes.
    In a saucepan cover frankfurters with cold water, bring to boiling, simmer for 5 minutes. Drain off the water and let the frankfurters steam.
    Place franks in buns, topped with meat mixture and chopped onions or condiments of your choice.
    Note: My family uses regular WW bread instead of buns since I haven't found any legal ones. Also I am unsure how many carbs would be in a bun.
