    Sugar-Free Blueberry Peach Crisp

    List of Ingredients





    8 peaches, skinned and sliced
    1 pint blueberries
    a little lemon juice
    cinnamon to taste
    1 to 2 packets of sugar substitute (Splenda or any "heat-able" artificial sweetener
    3/4 cups Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry flour
    2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
    1/3 c melted butter

    Recipe



    Spray baking dish with Pam non-stick vegetable spray. Mix peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, cinnamon and 1 to 2 packets of "heat-able" sugar substitute. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared baking dish. Mix together the SGWW pastry flour, brown sugar substitute and melted butter. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
    To serve: Place a serving of the "fruit crisp" onto the plate or dessert dish. Top with dollop of real whipped cream, cool whip lite or sugar-free vanilla ice cream.
