    1/4 cup hot water
    3/4 cup Splenda Granular or 3/4 cup Diabetisweet
    1 1/4 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
    4 Tablespoons butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

    Recipe



    Put water and artificial sweetner (Splenda or Diabetisweet)in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until it is partially dissolved. Add the nonfat dry milk--a little at a time. Add the butter--1 Tablespoon at a time, lending and scraping the sides of the blender until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using (this will allow thickening) Keep refrigerated for up to a month. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
