Creamy Spinach with Bacon Salad

Recipe Introduction
Suggestion: Add cold sliced steak atop this salad.
List of Ingredients
-4 bacon slices
-1 small garlic clove
-2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
-2 tbsp (30 mL) sour cream
-2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
-1/2 lb 250 g) baby spinach
-1/4 cup (60 mL)coarsely grated Parmesan
Recipe
Cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. While bacon is cooking, mince garlic and mash to a paste with a pinch of salt. Whisk together oil, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic paste in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add spinach and crumble bacon over it. Toss with cheese and dressing. Add steak.
