    • 1 1/3 cups flour
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup white sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 1 square unsweetened chocolate
    • 2 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Melt the chocolate square and butter. Stir in milk & vanilla
    3. Add in flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt and put in baking pan
    4. Mix 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar and cocoa & sprinkle above/over cake layer.
    5. Pour 1 cup boiling water on top
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. (test cake with toothpick)
