    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Pur Prepared Mustard
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 package (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
    • 1/4 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
    • 1 cup chopped tomato (about 1 large)


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet
    2. Add milk, ketchup, mustard and onion powder; mix well.
    3. Bring to boil.
    4. Stir in shell pasta; return to boil
    5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
    6. Simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
    7. Stir in cheese sauce and sour cream until well blended.
    8. Stir in tomato adn scallions.

    Makes 6 servings (1 cup each)
