    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups vegetable oil
    • 3 cup white sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cup buttermilk
    • 2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 6 cups flour
    • 2 tablespoons baking powder
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
    2. Cream together vegetable oil, white sugar, eggs, buttermilk and baking soda
    3. Add flour, baking powder and salt
    4. Mix ingredients thoroughly and drop by 1/4 cup measurer onto greaswed cookie sheet
    5. Bake 8-10 minutes and sprinkle immediately with sugar when done


    Final Comments


    For smaller cookies use large spoon
