    Recipe Introduction

Very delicious and simple. I was skeptical at first, but it's definitely a winner!

    List of Ingredients

12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup ranch style salad dressing (I use the Hidden Valley
    packet mixed with sour cream)
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    6 green onions, chopped
5 slices chopped thick cut bacon, fried until crisp

    Recipe

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and saute 4 to 5 minutes each side until lightly golden brown. Preheat oven to 350. Place browned chicken breasts in two 9x13 inch baking dishes. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon to top. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Great served with ranch potato salad and mushroom with sun-dried tomato topping!
