    Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

    Goes with Snickerdoodle Cake (below), but I also like it on peanut butter cake.

    List of Ingredients




    1 8 oz. pack cream cheese, softened
    1 stick of butter, softened
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    approx. 4 cups powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, add vanilla and milk and powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beat on low until combined, beat on medium/high until smooth and fluffy. Add more sugar or milk if mixture needs to be thickened or thinned.
