Snickerdoodle Cake

1 white cake mix (I used Duncan Hines)
3 large eggs
1 stick of butter, melted, no substitutes!
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting (above)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2- 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.
Beat all ingredients together on low to combine, beat on medium for approx. 2 minutes, batter will be quite thick, and slightly lumpy. Spoon into prepared pans, smooth tops of cakes. Bake for approx. 27-29 minutes or until top springs back slightly or toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pans, turn out of pans, cool for 20 minutes, Frost with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting.
