    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup vegetable shortening
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 12-oz. package white chocolate morsels

    Recipe



    Cream together butter, shortening and sugars, add egg and mix well. Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt and continue mixing. Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for
    12 - 14 minutes.
