    1 (14 oz can) artichoke hearts, drained
    16 ounces crab meat
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Loaf of Bruschetta bread

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F
    Place Bruschetta loaf in freezer for approximately half an hour to make cutting easier.
    Combine artichokes, crab, mayonnaise, onion and cheese into small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
    Cut Bruschetta loaf into slices approximately 1" thick. Place bread onto baking sheet and place artichokes and crab mixture onto individual slices.
    Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
