Asparagus Tacos

16 stalks of asparagus with ends snapped
4 corn tortillas (flour ones are ok too)
4 strips cooked bacon (or use a tablespoon or so of that precooked and
chopped bacon that comes in a bottle on each tortilla)
1 cup shredded cheese (I used Kraft mexican 4 cheese)
1/2 cup chopped onions
sliced jalapenos (optional)
Recipe
Toast corn tortillas (I have a gas stove, so I just put them on the
flame til they brown)
Microwave asparagus stalks on a plate for about 2 minutes
put 4 stalks of asparagus on each tortilla (they will be too long, but
that's ok!)
put one strip of bacon on each tortilla
divide chopped onions among the tortillas
garnish with sliced jalapenos, if you like put 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top of everything on each tortilla
nuke each tortilla for about 30 seconds or til cheese melts
take tortilla out, and fold in half so you have a taco. Do the same for each one. Eat. Makes 4.
