Blackened Scallops

8 Each Sea Scallops
1 Tablespoon Blackening Spice
1 handful Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1 handful Sweet Pecans
Recipe
Toss Scallops and blackening spice
Put scallops in a preheated saute pan. Cook scallops three minutes on each side.
Arrange scallops on desired plate or platter and garnish with pecans and gorgonzola.
Sweet Roasted Pecans
2 Cups Pecans
1/4 cup Honey
1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup Sugar
Mix all of the above
Spread out on a baking or cookie sheet
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-minutes, mixing halfway through .
