    3 lbs Kielbasi
    One Can of Chunk Pineapple
    1/2 cup of brown sugar

    Recipe



    Cut Kielbasi into 1/4 inch slices (like a thick quarter (25 cents)). Fry (preferably in a wok) and drain the grease. Place the kielbasi in a pot or kettle with one can of pineapple chunks (with the juice) and one half cup of brown sugar. Stir and let simmer ... stirring occasionally ... until it comes to a small boil. Once it boils, take it off the flame and let sit for 15 minutes or so.
