    Dough:
    2 soup spoons yogurt
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
    1 cup hot boiled water
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt

    Fillings:
    2 cups feta
    2 cups boiled smashed potatoes
    1 cup chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

    Dough: Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl (except flour) stirring well. Start adding flour little by little beating well with spoon until very doughy. Using your hands add remaining flour. Put aside. Fillings: In one bowl mix together 1/2 parsley with feta. In another bowl add potatoes with remaining parsley salt and pepper. (Maybe some smashed garlic too?) To Cook: Heat olive oil in large pan. By cutting split the dough into may little balls. Flour the surface you want to work on and knead little doughs for a couple of second. Using a smooth glass or bottom of a bowl make round thin pastries. Put the filling of your desire on pastry and roll like little turnovers. Fry in large pan on both sides until they are golden brown.
