    Makes 12 appetizers

    Sharp Cheddar cheese spread and Dijon mustard give these stuffed eggs a bold flavor.

    List of Ingredients




    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1/4 cup sharp cheddar process cheese spread
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
    2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
    process Cheese Spread, for garnish
    Chopped pimientos, for garnish

    Recipe



    1. Halve eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into bowl; set egg white halves aside.

    2. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, mustard and parsley. Spoon mixture into egg white halves. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

    3. Serve topped with additional cheese spread and pimientos if desired.
