1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper


Recipe



Heat oven to 350F. Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; place in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350F, 45 minutes.
