    Fuzzy Navel Meatballs

    2 lbs. ground chuck
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    ½ cup beef broth
    ½ cup soft bread crumbs
    ¼ cup orange juice
    2 teaspoons grated orange peel
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    1 teaspoon grated lime peel

    Combine meat, salt, pepper and beef broth in bowl and mix well. Blend in bread crumbs, juices and peels. Shape into 1 inch balls and fry until brown in non-stick frying pan. Drain well on paper towels while you make:

    Fuzzy Navel Sauce
    ½ cup orange Jam or marmalade
    ½ cup catsup
    2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

    Drain grease from frying pan and add Jam. Melt over low heat and then add catsup and horseradish. Return Meatballs to sauce in pan. Serve in a chafing dish for great party nibbles or serve over noodles for a delicious main dish.
