    2 pounds pork loin
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce
    2 dashes of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 cup gold rum

    Recipe



    Cut the pork loin into 2 by 1 1/2 inch strips. Melt butter in a pan, and mix in the lemon juice, apricot preserves, soy sauce, A-! sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Place the pork and rum in a bowl and pour the heated marinade over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. When ready to serve, drain the meat strips and broil them for about 6 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.

    Makes approximately 48 strips
