    4 lbs. hamloaf (70% ground ham and 30% ground pork)
    1 1/3 c. bread crumbs (food processor works well)
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients, form 1 1/2 balls and bake on a greased tray for 1 hour at 350°.

    Glaze
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 c. water

    Remove all lumps from brown sugar, add all ingredients, then pour over cooked hamballs, frequently baste or have the glaze cover all of the hamballs, allow the hamballs to simmer in the sauce (a crockpot works well for this).
