    Zesty Hot Sausage and Beans

    1 roll,1 pound, Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage
    1 small onion, diced
    2 28 ounce cans baked beans
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard

    Oven:
    In 3 quart Dutch oven, crumble and brown sausage with onions over medium heat. Drain. Add beans, sugar, ketchup and mustard to sausage. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until hot.
    Crock Pot:
    In skillet, crumble and brown sausage with onions over medium heat. In slow cooking pot, stir together all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
