Cheese Mold with Strawberry Preserves

1 lb. medium cheddar cheese, shredded
4 green onions and tops, chopped
mayonnaise 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 8-ounce jar strawberry preserves
round butter crackers




Recipe



Mix together softened cheese, onion and enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together. Adding one teaspoon at a time. Add nuts, shape mixture into a ring on a tray and chill. Before serving fill center of ring with strawberry preserves and serve with crackers. Serves 12.
