    2 cups flour
    1 cup mashed potato
    1 cup milk
    2 beaten eggs
    4 tbsp light corn syrup
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tbsp nutmeg
    1 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Beat well.

    Drop by spoonfuls on a hot greased griddle and cook until brown on both sides.
