    3 T. mustard
    1 T. adobo sauce from a can chipotles in adobo
    2 T. pickle relish
    2 t. cumin
    3 t. cayenne pepper
    24 pickled jalapeno slices, drained (top each egg with a slice)
    1 T. Mayo
