    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup buttermilk baking mix
    2 tablespoons cornmeal
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    8-10 frankfurters
    Oil for deep frying.

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mix well.
    Coat frankfurters with batter.
    Fry in hot oil in skillet until brown, drain.
