    Pancetta Wrapped Sausages

    1 package cocktail sausages
    50 slices thin pancetta or 25 thin slices bacon (2 packs)
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350.

    2. Wrap each slice of pancetta around each sausage. If using bacon, cut
    each piece in half. Spoon oil into roasting pan and arrange sausages on top.
    Roast for 35-45 minutes until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked within.
