    Sausage Won Ton Mini-Muffins

    1 lb Italian sausage links*
    1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 cups minced red bell peppers
    2 tbsp sliced black olives
    1 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
    1 pkg won-ton wrappers
    oil or combination of oil and sesame oil

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 mini-muffin tins.

    Brown sausage until very done and drain thoroughly; drain.

    Combine cooked sausage with remaining ingredients except won ton wrappers and oil; set aside.

    Place a won ton wrapper inside each prepared muffin tin, pressing with fingers to form the shape of muffin cups. Brush wrappers lightly with oil, using sesame and vegetable oil combined if desired.

    Bake wrappers in preheated 350-degree oven for 5 minutes.

    Fill the muffin cups with sausage mixture and bake 5-6 minutes longer until cheese is melted.

    *Use mild or a combination of mild and hot Italian sausage.
