    List of Ingredients




    3 lb. chuck roast (boil 'til meat is tender with onions, green pepper, celery stalk in a 1 1/2 qt. water.) Reserve 1 1/2 cup broth to put with beef after it has been shredded.

    Add:
    2 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 bottle catsup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon allspice
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Boil slowly 1 hour - add water if needed to spreading consistency.
