Deviled Beef Short Ribs

1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup prepared white horseradish
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
4 pounds beef chuck short ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
unseasoned meat tenderizer
3 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
1. In small bowl, mix mustard, horseradish, and Worcestershire.
2. Sprinkle beef short ribs with meat tenderizer as label directs.
3. Place short ribs on grill over medium heat. Cook short ribs 30 minutes for
medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning ribs often and brushing with
mustard mixture frequently during last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve with sliced
tomatoes if you like.
