    Grilled Boneless Pork Chops

    12 (6-ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops
    3/4 cup apple juice
    3/4 cup honey
    6 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 tablespoons dry sherry
    6 cloves garlic, minced

    Combine all ingredients except pork chops.

    Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting and pour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.

    Remove chops from marinade. Grill chops 5 inches from heat source 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155 to 160 degrees. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.

    Serves 6 (2 chops each)
